License
Professional Edition covers one named user. The purchaser may customize the materials for the purchaser’s consulting work and provide adapted client-specific deliverables. The purchaser may not redistribute, sublicense, publish, resell, or share the source package.
No Guarantee
No client, income, compliance, regulatory, legal, security, or business result is guaranteed.
Professional Judgment
The purchaser is responsible for validating outputs, adapting materials to the client environment, protecting confidential information, and obtaining legal or regulatory advice where needed.
Intellectual Property
Pre-existing prompts, frameworks, templates, methods, and source materials remain the property of Abdiel Louis. The license grants use rights, not ownership.
Team Use
Firm-wide, multi-user, employee, contractor, or shared-repository use requires a team or firm license.
Updates and Support
Updates and implementation support are limited to the period and scope stated at purchase.
